Domestic Cleans/End of Tenancy Cleans

Due to the nature of the business if you cancel within 48 hours of your booked clean a 50% fee will be still charged.

If cancelling within 24 hours’ notice or less then the full fee is still due, this is because we have staff booked in and we will not be able to fill the slot in time and staff will still need to be paid.

If cancellations happen frequently or for whatever reason, for an extended period, we charge a 50% per missed visit cleaning space holding charge to keep your space open until your return. We will reconsider this after 3 months. If you are unable to pay the retaining fee, we understand but may not be a to guarantee your slot remains available on your return.

If you, or anyone in your household have a temperature or sickness bug please let us know as soon as possible as we will not be entering the property to keep our staff safe. If you don't and we come out and you tell us on the day then a charge 50%

Office Cleaning

Cancellations - We rely on regular income to keep our business going so on the rare occasion you may need to cancel your booked clean, unless 7 days full days’ notice is given a full payment is due.

If your office has to close due to illness or Covid-19 means you cannot work then we charge a 50% cleaning fee per visit missed to keep your cleaning slot available for you. We understand times are hard for everyone and if you can't afford this then we understand but we cannot guarantee we will still be available when you reopen.


When we have a lockdown or tiers in place myself and the team have to follow the government guidelines. To keep us all safe we will wear a mask and gloves in your home/workplace. Please try and have the room ventilated. Ideally the property will be vacant during our clean, however we understand this is not always possible. In this case you must stay in a different room to our team with the door shut or leave the cleaners clean downstairs whilst you stay upstairs and vice versa. This is to keep you and our team as safe as possible.

During Covid-19 we are unable to strip your bed, however if you have stripped the bed and have the clean laundry ready, we are happy to make it for you if needed.


If for whatever reason we need to cancel your booking at any time we will try and give you as much notice as possible. If the reason is staff illness then we will try and get another member of the team to you as soon as possible depending on their availability.
